30-day returns on unopened items
You can return unopened items in original, resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unused, with all packaging, tags and included accessories.
Opened recovery & safety gear
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened recovery gear — kinetic recovery ropes, soft shackles and grip gloves — cannot be returned unless the item is defective. A used recovery rope cannot be resold because its load history and condition can't be verified, and using a compromised rope is dangerous. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.
How to start a return
- Email support@outempire.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of approval. Keep your tracking number.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Refunds are made in USD; your bank may apply its own conversion for non-USD cards.
- Original shipping is non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
- Opened recovery ropes, shackles and gloves (unless defective).
- Items returned after 30 days or without prior approval.
- Items not in original, resalable condition.
Exchanges
