Where we ship

Outempire ships worldwide from the United States. A small number of destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or customs restrictions; if we can't ship to you, we'll cancel and refund the order in full.

Rates & free shipping

• United States: flat $6.90 standard shipping. Free on orders of $80 or more.
• International: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• All rates and totals are shown and charged in USD.

Processing & delivery times

• Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
• U.S. delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery: typically 7–18 business days, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs can extend delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout.

Restricted & oversize items

We do not ship complete vehicles, RVs/campers, loose lithium batteries, or fuel and flammable liquids. Electronic items (such as the flashlight combo) ship with cells installed and are dispatched in line with applicable transport regulations.

Wrong address & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reshipment for an address error after dispatch may incur an additional shipping charge.
